Our gluten-free cookie logs are made using 100% premium gluten-free flour (King Arthur OR Bob Red Mills). However, please note that our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment. We handle standard wheat flour daily, the gluten free friendly logs are NOT recommended for individuals with celiac disease or highly sensitive wheat allergies!
